Welcome
CTF provides a spectrum of employment-focused services for adults recovering from mental illness in downtown Tucson, from formal work adjustment training and job placement at Café 54, to self-directed, voluntary work activities and job development in the peer-run community of Our Place Clubhouse. CTF also teaches its own peer support class, and operates a thrift store, ReThreads, through Our Place Clubhouse.
Our Mission
CTF’s mission is to provide high quality employment services, public awareness, and advocacy for adults living with serious mental illnesses, in the belief that work is an integral part of recovery and well-being.
Our Place Clubhouse is a psych-social rehabilitation center for adults recovering from serious mental illnesses. The internationally recognized Clubhouse model is a non-clinical program which helps members to gain self-worth, purpose and confidence within the structure of the work-ordered day.
Peer Mentor Training and Workforce Development is CTF's very own peer support training class, ideal for any behavioral health or Vocational Rehabilitation client who wants to enter the peer support field. The class combines traditional classroom learning with hands-on experience at Our Place Clubhouse.
ReThreads Thrift Store is one of the most popular units at the Clubhouse and offers members a chance to engage in a variety of different work activities including pricing and sorting clothes, operating a cash register and customer service experience.
Donations of clothing, shoes and accessories are always welcome!
Café 54 offers fresh, gourmet lunch for dine-in or takeout Monday through Friday. Café 54 provides hands-on work adjustment training for adults in recovery from mental illness who seek regular employment in competitive community jobs.
